Wife to my husband, Raul, and mom to our two boys, Aspen and Asher, the heart behind Fun & Focus. After years of juggling work, motherhood, and all the in-between moments, I wanted a space for those times when you don’t need full daycare but still need to get things done, breathe, or connect with other parents.
With a background in business and finance, I’ve helped many small businesses grow, but this one is the most personal. Together, Kate and I created Fun & Focus with a simple goal: to make life a little easier (and a lot more fun) for families like ours.

We don’t have children yet, but we’re excited for the day little ones of our own are running around Fun & Focus. I paused my college degree to take a leap of faith and pursue this dream, and over the past four years, Ashlyn’s family, and especially her boys, quickly became like my own.
Together, we created Fun & Focus after seeing how much parents needed a space that allows them to be productive, present, and part of the fun—all at the same time.

How will the play space be kept clean?
Cleanliness is one of our top priorities. Our staff will clean continuously throughout the day, and we will use all-natural cleaning products to maintain a safe and healthy environment.
Do you require socks in the play area?
Yes. We are a grippy-socks-only play space. No shoes are allowed in the play area. Families may wear their own grippy socks, or purchase a pair from us if needed.
What does supervised play mean?
Trained staff members will be present in the play area at all times to help children and ensure safety. Parents can always see their child, whether they choose to play with them or spend time in the co-work lounge.
Are there going to be special events?
Yes. We will host events including storytime, themed activities, and birthday parties. Please see the calendar to view the dates.
What age range is your space designed for?
Our primary age range is 2 to 6 years old.
Is outside food and drink allowed?
Yes. Families are welcome to bring outside food and drinks. We simply ask that all items stay in designated eating areas to help us keep the play space clean.
